A long time ago, back in the early 90’s, I was introduced to the world of Championship Manager, which later became Football Manager.
I didn’t think at the time to document my save, and it was 2019 I made the transition to content creation.
FM2019 HASHTAG UTD #Glory
We all have seen the youtube rise of Spencerfc and his team, Hashtag UTD. Now on Football Manager 2019, I have a database which gives me and other fans the chance to take Hashtag UTD from the lower leagues to the Preimer league.
And this my story the the semi-pro league to becoming professionals to hopefully kings of europe.
The only way is “ricay”
This year i will take a lower league Billericay town side, with the history of TOWIE stars, former premier league players and a Youtube freestyler, to the dizzy heights of the english league and maybe Europe.
FM20 ADDICTED TO ARSENAL

FM21 INTER MIAMI
In this year’s save I tackled the MLS on my YouTube channel, which was no easy task. Starting with a new club, no history and the pull of England’s own David Beckham.
Now after FM22 and most of FM23 have been on YouTube, I have turned back now to blogging, where I can be more creative with words and graphics.
FM23/24 gRASSWROOTS TO GLORY
I started with the lowest league club near to where I live, which is Braintree Town FC.
The plan is to start a quest to the England job and the glory of a World Cup. i spent 3 and a half years at the Essex club which i got them to the national league, one step from the football league before I left and you can find all that on my Youtube channel. Now I start at Birmingham City FC and you can follow the story here.
For the rest of FM23 and going in to FM24, my GrassWroots to Glory save will carry on with a blog.
FM24 GRASSWROOTS TO GLORY “DIAL SQUARE FC”
This year’s save will be a carry-on from FM23, I have started by going further down the leagues to level 13 database. “Dial Square FC”, with a chairman who has reborn the club with a phoenix from the flames story.
